1. What services do you offer?
We provide therapeutic massage, esthetic services, Japanese head spa treatments, natural hair care services, and spa packages.
2. Do both locations offer the same services?
Washington offers massage, facials, head spa, natural hair care, and spa packages. Belhaven currently offers massage services only.
3. How do I book an appointment?
You can book online at BethelBlissWellness.com, call 252-558-8148, or email us for assistance.
4. Do you accept walk-ins?
No. All services are by appointment only at both locations.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees.
6. Is a deposit required?
Some specialty services—such as head spa treatments and select spa packages—require a deposit to secure your appointment.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, cash, and gift certificates.
8. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates are available online and can be redeemed at either location based on service availability.
Belhaven Location Questions
9. What services are available at the Belhaven location?
Belhaven currently offers massage-only services.
10. What days are you in Belhaven?
We are in Belhaven every Tuesday and Thursday. A waitlist is also available for other days if openings become available.
11. Where is the Belhaven location inside the facility?
We are located inside Balance in Motion Gym. Non-gym members may be asked to enter through the designated rear door when instructed.
Service & Treatment Questions
12. What is included in the Japanese Head Spa?
Each head spa service includes a deep scalp cleanse, exfoliation, scalp massage, steam therapy, and a mini facial with a cleanse, exfoliant, and moisturizer.
13. What is included in your facials?
Our facials include skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, mask therapy, hydration, and customized product application based on your skin needs.
14. What should I expect during a massage session?
You’ll discuss your goals with your therapist, select your preferred pressure level, and receive a customized session focused on relaxation or therapeutic relief.
15. How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive 15 minutes early to complete intake forms if they were not submitted online.
16. Do you perform hair services during the head spa?
Head spa services include a blow dry only. Additional styling can be added during booking, including silk presses, loc retwists, and quickweaves.
17. Do all head spa services include a mini facial?
Yes. Every head spa treatment includes a complimentary mini facial.
Memberships & Packages
18. Do you offer memberships?
Yes. We offer massage memberships and spa package memberships with exclusive perks and savings.
19. Are memberships valid at both locations?
Yes. Memberships can be used at both locations based on service availability.
20. Do you offer spa packages?
Yes. We offer curated spa packages that combine services such as massage, head spa treatments, and facials at the Washington location.
Gift Certificates
21. Where can I buy a gift certificate?
Gift certificates can be purchased online through our website.
22. Can gift certificates be used at either location?
Yes, as long as the service selected is offered at that location.
23. Can I use my gift certificate for a different service?
Yes. The value of the certificate can be applied toward any service.
Policies & Procedures
24. What if I arrive late to my appointment?
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid delaying the next client.
25. Do you have a no-call/no-show policy?
Yes. No-call/no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
26. Are children allowed in the treatment rooms?
For safety and relaxation purposes, children are not allowed in treatment rooms unless receiving a service.
27. Are men welcome?
Yes. Bethel Bliss welcomes all clients seeking wellness and relaxation.
Health & Safety
28. Do you provide services to pregnant clients?
We do not offer prenatal massages at this time.
29. Are there any medical conditions that may prevent treatment?
Certain conditions may require clearance from a physician. Please notify your therapist before booking.
30. What sanitation measures do you follow?
We follow strict sanitation and disinfection practices in compliance with North Carolina Board regulations.
